I paid for an order that they forgot to send. After sending an email reminder they apologized and wrote that the order was sent May 18 2023. They sent a tracking number that didn't exist on the India Post website. Still waiting for the package....

Rahul is very polite, efficient and informative. I can't thank him enough for his prompt responses and pertinent information. Not received the produce yet so can't comment on the quality but I'm sure they will be very satisfactory.

The only problem is payment terms with wire transfer so you need to be able to pay that way. It would be nice if they would accept easier payment methods. Delivery was quite fast and the order was packed well. The meds were made in 11/23 and unti dosed
